Program Develops
Ag Leaders

A graduate of our program, Bethany Dykstra, describes herself as someone who really understood the dairy farm she operates with her husband before she began the program.

Once she graduated, her Back 40 perspective had transformed into a Global perspective.

She had a much greater appreciation for issues and factors affecting the agricultural sector both domestically and internationally and also had developed confidence and techniques in dealing with the media and with public speaking.
